制造企业的财务风险分析完成日期：2017年月日学生姓名：左雪飞指导教师：陈德英论文成绩：答辩小组成员：摘要在经济持续发展的时候，我国制造业公司不只得到众多市场发展发展时机，此外也承担了更大的风险，其中财务风险就更加显著。财务风险是现代公司承担市场压力之后的必然结果，尤其是我国经济发展并不迅速的环境中就无法躲避。由于我国制造业公司在现在经济发展中具备显著的位置，也伴随发展的持续进步而开始升温，因此使用符合国内制造业公司的财务风险防范方式，对国内此后经济发展有显著的现实效果。本文根据财政探究以及风险管理观点，使用会计学、经济学、统计学以及投资学等观点理念，使用目前的分析结论，使用定性以及定量相融合的探究模式，从财务风险理念着手，在叙述国内制造业公司的发展情况和财务风险情况的时候，从中分析存在的问题和原因，并借鉴西方有关研究结果，不仅要完善自身的内部管理与控制制度，并且采用适合我国制造业企业的财务风险防范策略，最后，在整理以及探究的基础上，对国内制造业公司的财务预警分析指出合适的方针以及意见，有效的防范财务风险的发生。关键词：制造企业；财务风险；防范策略AbstractTherapiddevelopmentoftheeconomicglobalizationbackground,Chinamanufacturingenterprisesnotonlyhavemarketdevelopmentopportunities,isboundtofacemorerisksandcrises,includingfinancialrisk.Financialriskisparticularlyprominentincontemporaryenterprisesarefacingmarketcompetitioninevitable,especiallyinthedevelopmentofChina'smarketeconomyisnotperfectunderthepremiseitisnotavoided.BecauseChinamanufacturingenterprisesoccupytheimportantpositioninthecurrenteconomicdevelopment,andwiththepaceofitsdevelopmentconstantlyaccelerated,sothefinancialriskpreventionstrategiesforChina'smanufacturingenterprises,hasaveryimportantroleforthefuturedevelopmentofoureconomy.Onthebasisoffinancialmanagementandriskmanagementtheory,usinginvestmenttheory,economicsandstatisticstheories,theuseofdomesticandforeignexistingresearchresults,adoptingqualitativeandquantitativeanalysismethodscombined,startingfromtheconceptoffinancialrisk,theintroductionofChina'smanufacturingindustrydevelopmentstatusandthestatusquoofthefinancialriskatthesametime,analysisoftheproblemandthereasonsfortheexistenceofinandlearnfromWesternrelevantresearchresults,notonlytoimprovetheinternalmanagementandcontrolsystemofitsown,andsuitableforChina'smanufacturingenterprisesfinancialriskpreventionstrategies,finally,onthebasisofsummarizingandanalyzingtheresearchresultsofthefinancialearlywarningofChina'smanufacturingenterprises.Relatedpoliciesandsuggestionsareputforwardtopreventfinancialriskseffectively.Keywords：Manufacturingenterp
