摘要随着时代的不断发展，我国的经济水平也不断的提高，国民的生活水平也得到了提升，与此同时市场的经济体制在不断的完善，近一步加快了商品的流通速度，使得企业迎来了发展空间也带来了一定程度的挑战。在这样的时代下，企业想要长远的发展下去，就应该抓住机遇，制定适合本企业的制度。存货，是企业日常生活持有或者销售的流动资产，是一项重要的流动资产，因此它在资产中的占比会比较大。对于存货的利用水平的高低将直接影响到企业的资金的周转情况。所以，存货管理对企业来说也是一个不可缺少的一部分。本文以威沃电子为例，分析其存货管理情况，发现存货在资产总额中的占比较大，各种存货结构不合理，存货利用率低，公司的存货制度和人员的管理存在一定漏洞等问题。针对该公司的一系列问题提出的改进对策：在存货的占比问题上需要建立科学的存货管理模式，将存货结构进行合理调配，运用先进的科学技术，提高存货资产的工作效率，完善公司存货管理制度。企业若是想要保持较高的盈利能力，就应当重视存货管理。关键词：威沃电子存货管理供应链AbstractWiththecontinuousdevelopmentofTheTimes,China'seconomiclevelhasalsobeenimproved,thelivingstandardsofthepeoplehavealsobeenimproved,atthesametime,themarketeconomicsystemincontinuousimprovement,furthersteptoacceleratethevelocityofthecirculationofgoods,sothattheenterpriseusheredinthedevelopmentspacealsobroughtacertaindegreeofchallenge.Insuchanera,enterpriseswanttodevelopinthelongrun,theyshouldseizetheopportunitytodevelopsuitablesystems.Inventoryisthecurrentassetsheldorsoldbyenterprisesintheirdailylife.Itisanimportantcurrentasset,soitaccountsforarelativelylargeproportionoftheassets.Thelevelofinventoryutilizationwilldirectlyaffectthecapitalturnoverofenterprises.Therefore,inventorymanagementisalsoanindispensablepartoftheenterprise.Takingweiwoelectronicsasanexample,thispaperanalyzesitsinventorymanagement,andfindsthatinventoryaccountsforalargeproportionoftotalassets,variousinventorystructuresareunreasonable,inventoryutilizationislow,andthecompany'sinventorysystemandpersonnelmanagementhavesomeproblemssuchasloopholes.Accordingtoaseriesofproblemsofthecompany,theimprovementmeasuresareputforward:intermsoftheinventoryproportion,itisnecessarytoestablishascientificinventorymanagementmode,reasonablyallocatetheinventorystructure,useadvancedscienceandtechnology,improvetheefficiencyofinventoryassets,andimprovethecompany'sinventorymanagementsystem.Ifenterpriseswanttomaintainhighprofitability,theyshouldpayattentiontoinventorymanagement.Keywords:WeaverElectronics；inventorymanagement;supplychain目录TOC\o"1-3"\h\z\u
