西安交通大学硕士学位论文西安工程大学本科毕业论文PAGE16PAGEIV天鑫食品加工厂复合式熏烤机更新决策研究摘要设备是工业生产的基本手段，是企业生产的重要物质保障。传统的设备管理方式偏重于技术管理，决策方法也侧重于基本投资额即购置费用的数额，片面强调投资少、见效快的思想，即单从技术角度出发考虑问题，没有综合考虑经济因素。为改善这一问题，论文将经济寿命理论应用到更新决策中，并在其基础上对复合式熏烤机的更新决策进行研究，从经济角度为管理者提供了定量的决策依据，使决策更具综合性、现实性和科学性。为解决复合式熏烤机更新决策方面的问题，对复合式熏烤机的经济寿命进行了计算，并对其结果进行了分析，讨论了复合式熏烤机更新时机的选择，构造出两种不同的更新方案。对复合式熏烤机更新方案进行了评价。结合复合式熏烤机的特点，采用寿命期内年均总费用法对复合式熏烤机更新方案进行评价分析。通过计算比较备选方案的年均总费用，获得最佳的更新方案。关键词：复合式熏烤机；更新决策；经济寿命；评价ResearchonRenewalDecisionMakingofCompositeFumeBakeMachineofTianxinFood-ProcessingPlantAbstractAsimportantpartsofenterpriseassets,equipmentsareoneoffoundationsofproduction.Traditionally,technicalmanagementisemphasizedoninequipmentmanagement.Meanwhile,initialinvestmentisfocusedonindecisionmakingmethodstoachievelessinvestmentandfastbenefit.Fordealingwithcomplexissues,itislackofscientificrationalitythatwillleadtothedeviationfromthebesttimeoftheequipmentupdate,oraftertheimplementationofupdating,theeffectoftheprojectisnotsatisfactory,thatresultineconomiclosses.Inordertoimprovethisissue,thetheoryofeconomiclifeisappliedtotheupdatedecision-makinginthethesis,andstudytheupdatedecision-makingofthecompositefumebakemachineonthebasisofit.Itprovidesaquantitativebasisfordecision-makingfromtheeconomicpointofviewformanagers.Itmakesthedecision-makingmoreintegrated,realisticandscientific.Theeconomiclifeofcompositefumebakemachineiscalculatedtosolvetheproblemofitsdecision-making.Theresultsareanalyzedtodiscussthetimingofcompositefumebakemachineupdates,andtwodifferentupdateschemesareconstructed.Thecompositefumebakemachineupdateschemesareevaluated.Combinedwiththecharacteristicsofthecompositefumebakemachine,theaverageannualtotalcostinthelifeiscalculatedtoevaluatethecompositefumebakemachineupdatescheme.Theresultsarecomparedtogetthebestupdatescheme.KeyWords:Compositefumebakemachine;Updatedecision-making;Economiclife;Evaluation目录TOC\o"1-3"\h\z\uHYPERLINK\l"_Toc359687193"1绪论PAGEREF_Toc359687193\h1HYPERLINK\l"_Toc359687194"1.1研究背景PAG
