湖南科技大学潇湘学院毕业设计（论文）答辩记录日期：学生：学号：班级：题目：提交毕业设计（论文）答辩委员会下列材料：1设计说明书/论文共页2设计（论文）图纸共页3指导人、评阅人评语共页毕业设计（论文）答辩委员会评语：现代型办公建筑结构策划设计摘要现今社会，伴随着我国市场经济的蓬勃发展，高层办公建筑不断映入眼帘，逐渐成为最广泛的建筑类型之一。作为人类社会进步和发展的产物之一，高层建筑的出现与发展，很好地做到了解决城市规划建设中土地资源短缺的问题。在高层办公建筑的发展过程中，建筑施工技术、结构以及设备水平具有关键性作用。在能够起到遮风避雨作用的基础上，高层建筑内部的公共空间开始被赋予更多的功能，不仅可被用作集会、交通场所，更可以作为交往空间和共享空间。因此，在高层办公建筑的设计过程当中，只考虑结构方面的设计是远远不够的，还更需要考虑到内部公共空间设计对使用者的影响。在关注高层办公建筑发展的同时，对于建筑内部的空间设计也应加以重视，特别是公共使用空间的设计。本文从公共空间设计的角度和绿色环保型建筑出发，在人性化的基础上进行设计现代实用型办公楼，按流程分析了办公建筑结构设计和布置空间结构规划设计以及施工问题研究等一系列建筑设计方案理论分析进而更好地促使高层办公建筑内部空间环境提升品质与质量。关键词：办公建筑空间布置结构设计施工分析载荷ABSTRACTNowadays,withthevigorousdevelopmentofthemarketeconomyinChina,thehigh-riseofficebuildingsarecomingintoview,andgraduallybecomeoneofthemostwidelykindofbuildingtypes.Asoneoftheproductsoftheprogressanddevelopmentofhumansociety,theemergenceanddevelopmentofhigh-risebuildings,hasdonewelltosolvetheshortageoflandresourcesinurbanplanningandconstruction.Inthedevelopmentofhigh-riseofficebuilding,theconstructiontechnology,structureandequipmentlevelhavethekeyrole.Onthebasisoftheprotectionofthewindandshelter,thepublicspaceinsidethehigh-risebuildinghasbeguntobegivenmorefunctions,notonlycanbeusedasavenueformeetingsandtransportation,butalsoasaspaceandsharedspace.Therefore,inthedesignprocessofhigh-riseofficebuilding,onlyconsideringthestructuredesignisnotenough,andneedtoconsidertheimpactofinternalpublicspacedesignontheuser.Whilefocusingonthedevelopmentofhigh-riseofficebuildings,itshouldalsopayattentiontotheinteriorspacedesign,especiallythedesignofpublicusespace.Fromtheperspectiveofpublicspacedesignandgreenenvironmentalprotectionarchitecture,thispaperdesignsamodernpracticalofficebuildingonthebasisofhumanization,analyzesthetheoreticalanalysisofofficebuildingstructuredesignandlayoutspacestructureplanningdesignandconstructionissues,andfurtherpromotesthequalityandqualityoftheinteriorspaceenvironmentofhigh-riseofficebuilding.Keywords:officebuilding,spacelayout,structuraldesign,construction
