盐城师范学院毕业论文盐城师范学院毕业论文2016－2017学年度农村百世邻里项目末端物流优化研究学生姓名吕泓钰学院商学院专业物流管理班级13（1）学号13318310指导教师李易津2017年5月20日盐城师范学院毕业论文农村百世邻里项目末端物流优化研究摘要人们对网络购物越发的信赖，农村居民也不例外。农村消费者对末端物流服务的水平和效率有了更高的要求。末端物流服务质量、水平和效果都会影响到消费者对于整个网络活动的满意度，是影响物流能否健康发展的重要因素。为此百世快递提出了百世邻里项目来解决末端物流问题。本文介绍了百世邻里项目主要运营任务揽收和派件,并通过网点准点签收率、T3妥投率、揽收率三个指标来分析末端物流的完成情况，分析了百世快递的百世邻里项目农村网点和城镇网点发展的现状，并通过对比分析的方法得出百世邻里项目农村网点存在三个方面的问题：一是农村网点准点签收率低于城镇网点，这是农村网点存在盲区导致的。二是农村网点积压现象普遍。三是农村网点揽收耗时长易出错。最后针对以上三个问题,提出如下解决方案：及时发现盲区，强强合作以及基础设施的完善来消灭服务盲区；二、提升农村网点服务水平，消减在网点的积压件；根据货量差别推广星火系统下单或者微信下单，提高揽收规范性。【关键词】百世邻里；末端物流；农村网点EndLogisticsOptimizationofRuralBestNeighborhoodProjectAbstractInthecontextoftheInternetera,peopleinthedailyconsumptionprocess,themoreandmoretrustinonlineshopping,ruralresidentsarenoexception.Ruralconsumersintheonlineshoppingtypesandthenumberofcontinuousexpansion,ruralconsumersontheendofthelogisticsservicemodelandefficiencyhaveahigherdemand.Forthiscentury,theproposeddeliveryoftheEMIprojecttosolvetheendofthelogisticsproblem.Thispaperintroducesthemainoperationtasksofthehundredneighborhoodneighborhoodprojectsandanalyzesthecompletionoftheterminallogisticsthroughthethreepointsofthespotregistrationrate,theT3rateandtheyield.Theanalysisofthehundredcountries'Networkandthedevelopmentofurbannetworkstatusquo,andthroughcomparativeanalysisofthewaytogetthehundredneighborhoodneighborhoodsruralnetworktherearethreeaspectsoftheproblem.First,theruralnetworkspotonthespotrateislowerthantheurbannetwork,whichiscausedbytheexistenceofblindspotsinruralareas.Second,theruralnetworkbacklogphenomenoniswidespread.Third,theruralnetworktotakethetimetospendalongtimeerror,forthisproblem,thispaperproposedtoLancollection,improveefficiency;throughthevolumeofdifferentiatedpromotionofSparksystemandWeChatordersandstandardmanagementprocess.Finally,forthesethreequestions,thefollowingsolutionsareproposed.Onewaytoeliminateserviceblindspotsinavarietyofways.Mainlythroughthetimelydetectionofblindspots,strongcooperationandtheimpr
