济南大学毕业设计PAGE-2-毕业论文题目“钻石”模型对山东省快递行业发展的分析学院经济学院专业国际经济与贸易班级国贸0703学生李伟学号20072201029指导教师周春花二〇一一年五月二十五日济南大学毕业论文PAGE-PAGE20-摘要快递业逐渐成为中国重点扶持的产业之一，实施有效的产业政策，加快快递行业发展，已在国内达成共识。作为新兴产业，快递业具有投资额大、利润高、吸纳就业人员多等特点，极具发展前景。山东省位于中国的东部地区，具有发展快递业的区位优势；经济的发展程度较高，人口众多，具有很大的消费市场；社会教育状况良好，各项制度比较完善，能够在一定程度上形成快递业的竞争优势。对社会资源进行有效的配置，合理引导快递企业的成长并善加利用，山东省快递业就必然能够实现长足发展。本文运用波特教授的“钻石”模型，分析影响山东省快递业发展的各种因素，包括要素、需求、相关与支援产业和企业四个决定方面，机会和政府两个辅助方面，并针对存在的问题与不足，提出解决和改善的对策，以期引导消费者和企业树立正确的发展观念，促进快递行业在全国乃至全世界产生强大的竞争能力。关键词：“钻石”模型；竞争优势；快递行业ABSTRACTExpressdeliveryindustryhasbecomeoneoftheChina'smajorsupportindustries,.theimplementationofeffectiveindustrialpoliciestoacceleratethedevelopmentoftheexpressindustryhasreachedaconsensusinthecountry.Asanemergingindustry,courierindustryisfeaturedforalargeamountofinvestment,highprofitswithnewjobsandhasgreatprospectsfordevelopment.ShandongProvinceislocatedintheeastareaofChina,andithasregionaladvantagesforthedevelopmentofexpressindustry;Economicdevelopmentdegreeishigher,andithasalargepopulationaswellasagreatconsumptionmarket;Socialeducationisingoodcondition,thesystemiscomparativelyperfectandtoacertainextent,itcanformcompetitiveadvantageofexpressindustry.Realizingtheeffectiveallocationofsocialresources,areasonableguidetothegrowthofexpressdeliverycompanies,andmakingthebestuseofit,theexpressdeliveryindustryinShandongProvinceisboundtoachieverapiddevelopment.ThispaperusesPorter's"Diamond"modeltoanalyzethefactorswhichhaveagreatinfluenceontheexpressdeliveryindustryinShandongProvince,includingfactors,demand,relatedandsupportingindustriesandenterprisesoffourdecisiveaspects,withopportunitiesandthegovernmentoftwoauxiliaryaspects.Fortheproblemsandshortcomings,thispaperwillproposesolutionsandimprovementstrategiestoguideconsumersandbusinessestoestablishacorrectconceptofdevelopment,andtopromoteastrongcompetitivepowerforthecourierindustryinthecountryandovertheworld.Keywords："Diamond"Model;Competitiveadvantage;Expressdeliveryi
