PAGEIII摘要从古到今，农业生产一直是我国居民得以赖以生存的根本，种植业则是农业当中的重要一个部分，它直接关系到我国粮食产量问题，因此，是我国发展的先决条件，保障着人们生活和发展的稳定。然而，我国却一直饱受人多地少的困扰，因此种植业的稳定具有重要的现实意义。同时，除了温室蔬菜作物外，种植业的生产活动都是在露天环境里，对自然环境的依赖，使种植业不得不面对自然灾害带来的更大风险。可见，种植业的高风险必须通过有效的保险机制来解决。本文着重阐述了种植业保险的概念和内涵，围绕种植业保险的现状分析了存在的问题，并针对存在的问题提出了相应的对策。本文系运用文案调研法方法进行的专题分析。全文分三个部分：首先（第一部分），是讨论了种植业保险的内涵、发展历程以及现状，其次（第二部分），是通过对种植业保险的概况分析出其存在的问题。最后（第三部分），是对种植业保险存在问题进行分析，得出相应的对策。本文主要创新体现在分析总结了近年来我国种植业保险的发展问题。本文以最新数据为基础，从保费规模、保障水平、财政补贴力度等方面阐述了种植业保险的发展，具有一定的参考价值。关键词：种植业保险发展现状问题与对策ABSTRACTFromancienttimestothepresent,agriculturalproductionhasalwaysbeenthebasisforthesurvivalofChineseresidents,andplantingisanimportantpartofagriculture,whichisdirectlyrelatedtotheproblemofChina'sfoodproduction.Therefore,itisaprerequisiteforChina'sdevelopmentandensuresthestabilityofpeople'slifeanddevelopment.However,Chinahasbeenplaguedbymorepeopleandlessland,sothestabilityofplantingindustryhasimportantpracticalsignificance.Atthesametime,inadditiontogreenhousevegetablecrops,theproductionactivitiesoftheplantingindustryareallintheopenairenvironment.Thedependenceonthenaturalenvironmentmakestheplantingindustryhavetofacethegreaterriskofnaturaldisasters.Itcanbeseenthatthehighriskofplantingindustrymustbesolvedthrougheffectiveinsurancemechanism.Thispaperfocusesontheconceptandconnotationofplantinginsurance,analyzestheexistingproblemsaroundthecurrentsituationofplantinginsurance,andputsforwardthecorrespondingcountermeasuresagainsttheexistingproblems.Thispaperisathematicanalysisusingthemethodofcopywritingresearch.Thepaperisdividedintothreeparts:thefirstpartistodiscusstheconnotationandcurrentsituationofplantinginsurance,andthesecondpartistoanalyzetheexistingproblemsthroughthesurveyofplantinginsurance.Finally,itanalyzestheexistingproblemsofplantinginsuranceandobtainsthecorrespondingcountermeasures.ThemaininnovationofthispaperistoanalyzeandsummarizethedevelopmentofChina'splantinginsuranceinrecentyears.Basedonthelatestdata,thispaperexpoundsthedevelopmentofcropin
