题目：城市物流共同配送模式研究—以菜鸟驿站为例摘要随着城市规模在逐渐扩大、人口数量急速增长、产业布局不断更换、城镇居民生活质量不断提升、现代的消费方式不断升级、电子科技广泛的应用，衍生出了大量的城市配送需求。由此可见，高集约、低成本的城市物流共同配送模式可以有效地优化资源配置，弥补我国在城市物流共同配送中实践少、科学理论少、人才稀缺方面的不足之处。本文对国内外城市物流的现状进行了综述，以菜鸟驿站为例，掌握了城市物流共同配送的相关理论知识，不难发现，目前关于城市物流和共同配送的研究主要是集中在配送中心、货运场站的选址与分布，还有相关概念的界定和基本类型的划分，而针对如何降低配送成本、提高物流配送效率等方面的具体实施研究相对来说比较少，也没有形成一套完善的系统化理论。所以，本文将在前人的研究基础上，对城市物流共同配送模式进行详尽的探讨与研究，形成一套系统化的观点，来实现降低配送成本、提高物流配送效率等方面的目标。关键词：城市物流，共同配送，机制AbstractWiththegradualexpansionofcityscale,therapidgrowthofpopulation,industriallayoutadjustment,thedevelopmentmodeofindustryandCommercehavebecomemorediversifiedandconstantlyimprovethelivingqualityofurbanresidents,thewayofmodernconsumption,acceleratetheupgradingofelectroniccommercetechnologywidelyused,derivedfromalargenumberofurbandistributiondemand,especiallythesmallbatchandmultivariety,highfrequency,timelinessthedirectdistribution,residentialdistributionand"doortodoor"demandgrowsdaybyday.Thus,highintensiveandlowcostofcitylogisticsdistributionmodecaneffectivelyrealizetheoptimizationofresources,makeupforthedeficiencyinourcountrycitylogisticsjointdistributioninpractice,theory,lesstalentshortage.Thispaperhassummarizedthecurrentsituationofcitylogisticsathomeandabroad,withrookiepostforexample,mastertherelevanttheoreticalknowledgeofthecitylogisticsjointdistribution,itisnotdifficulttofind,atpresenttheresearchoncitylogisticsandjointdistributionismainlyconcentratedinthedistributioncenterlocation,freightstationandlayout,aswellasthedefinitionofrelatedconceptsandbasictypesthedivision,andthespecificimplementationofresearchonhowtoreducelogisticscostandimprovelogisticsefficiency,reducetrafficinterferenceisrelativelysmall,hasnotformedaperfecttheorysystem.Therefore,thispaperonthebasisofpreviousresearch,carriesonthediscussionandResearchonthecitylogisticsdistributionmode,toformasetofsystematictheory,reducedistributioncosts,improvelogisticsefficiencyandreducetrafficinterferencetargets.Keywords:Citylogistics，jointdistribut
