摘要HYPERLINK"javascript:;"为深化教育体制改革，教育部颁布了《基础教育课程改革纲要》，提出教师要“积极开发和利用各种课程资源”。基于当前大多数小学语文教师缺乏课程资源意识，以至于无法合理利用丰富的课程资源，本论文就这一问题进行了初步的探讨。HYPERLINK"javascript:;"本文共四部分。第一部分陈述本文的研究缘起、研究意义及方法等。第二部分总结开发利用课程资源的理论依据。第三部分通过在小学实习期间的观察以及与一线教师的访谈对话，笔者总结出小学语文教师课程资源意识发展存在的问题，如：教材是“圣经”，试卷是资料库；小学语文教师很少参与校本课程的开发等。并进一步对发现的问题进行原因分析。第四部分根据小学语文教师课程资源意识的现状，以新课改相关理论为指导，结合相关研究以及教育实践经验，得出了从提高教师自身专业发展和健全学校外部机制两大方面来提升小学语文教师的课程资源意识。HYPERLINK"javascript:;"关键词：小学语文教师；课程资源；课程资源意识；问题；提升AbstractInordertodeepenthereformofeducationsystem,TheMinistyofEducationhaspromulgated"BasicEducationCurriculumReform"andproposedthattheteachershoulddeveloppositivelyanduseallkindsofcurriculumresourceinsideandoutsideschoolreasouably.Becausemajorityofthechineseteacherinprimaryschoolarelackofcurriculumresourcesansciousness,therichcurriculumresourcescannotbeusedreasouably.Thisissueisgoingtobediscussedpreliminarilyinthispaper.Thispaperisdividedintofourparts.Thefirstpartexpresseswherethisstudyoriginates,themeaningofthisstudyaswellasthemethodtakenonit.Thenaconclusionisdrawnonthetheoreticalstudiesaboutthedevelopmentandutilizationofcurriculumresourcesinthesecondpart.Inthethirdpart,throughtheobservationduringtheinternshipinaprimaryschoolandtheinterviewwiththefrontlineteachers,theauthorsummarizesseveralproblemsintheprogressoftheawarenessofcurriculumresourcesamongChineseteachersinprimaryschools.Forexample,textbooksarethe“Bible”whiletestpapersarethedatabaseandChineseteachersinprimaryschoolrarelytakepartindevelopingtheschool-basedcurriculumetc.Thecauseanalysisarethenconductedontheseproblems.Accordingtothecurrentsituationofchineseteacher'sconsciousnessinprimaryschool,guidedbytherelatedtheoryofthenewcurriculumandcowbiningwiththecorrelationalresearchandthepracticalexperienceofeducation,thefourthpartofthispaperdemonstratesthattheteachers'curriculumconsciousnesscanbeimprovedintwowaysofenhancingteachers'professionaldevelopmentandimprovingthemechanismofoutsideschool.Keywords:chineseteacherinprimaryschool;Curriculumresource;Cu
