论跨国公司的投资监管机制PAGEPAGE11大连大学DALIANUNIVERSITY2013届毕业论文（设计）题目名称：论跨国公司的投资监管机制所在学院：法学院专业（班级）：法学091班学生姓名：李宏阳指导教师：孙盛山评阅人：姜纪元院长：何燕侠论跨国公司的投资监管机制总计：毕业论文11页表格1表指导教师：孙盛山评阅人：姜纪元完成日期：2013年4月15日摘要随着全球经济的发展，和全球一体化经济的建立，跨国公司开始在全球范围进行投资。但是由于跨国公司强大的经济实力和完善的经营体系，使得跨国公司给东道国经济起拉动作用的同时，也侵袭着该国的社会经济政治的意识形态的发展。自2001年加入WTO后，中国在信息及交通技术等领域取得了快速的发展，中国经济也由此进入了关键的过渡时期，即国家为加速融入WTO体系，将进一步下调关税，同时计划调节的手段在一些重要领域开始逐渐退出，必将引起跨国公司在华投资的新一轮热潮。本文通过对跨国公司投资和政府监管的界定，研究政府对跨国公司进行投资监管的必要性分析，在此基础上剖析外商在华投资情况以及我国对跨国公司的投资监管现状，并发现我国对跨国公司投资监管存在的问题，针对这些问题，对优化政府对跨国公司投资的监管提出自己的见解和策略。希望对以后的研究有所帮助。关键词：跨国公司投资监管ABSTRACTWiththedevelopmentofglobaleconomy,andtheestablishmentofglobaleconomicintegration,theMulti-NationalCorporationalsomadevigorousdevelopment.ButbecausetheMulti-NationalCorporationhadstrongeconomicstrengthandsoundmanagementsystem,theMulti-NationalCorporationbringsthehosteconomydevelopedatthesametime,italsohitthesocialeconomicandpoliticalideologyofthehost.WiththecontinuousperformanceofChinajoiningtheWTOin2001,therapiddevelopmentofinformationandcommunicationtechnology,weareinthetransitionperiodofoureconomy,namelythecountryacceleratedintotheworldtradingsystem,tariffsfurtherdownward,planningadjustmentgraduallywithdrawinsomeimportantfields.Underthisbackground,thegovernmentsupervisionoftheMulti-NationalCorporationinChina'spoliticalandeconomicstabilityandsafetyisveryimportant.Inthispaper,thedefinitionofMulti-NationalCorporationandgovernmentsupervision,andanalyzesthenecessityofresearchongovernmentinvestmentsupervisionofMulti-NationalCorporation,onthebasisofanalyzingtheforeigninvestmentinChinaandChina'sregulationofMulti-NationalCorporationinthestatusquo,andfoundthatChina'sinvestmentinMulti-NationalCorporationregulatoryproblems,aimingattheseproblems,putforwardtheirownviewsandstrategiesonOptimizationofgovernmentinvestmentinMulti-NationalCorporationsupervision.Hopetohelpthestudy.Keywords：Multi-NationalCorporation；investment；
