PAGE19PAGE\*MERGEFORMAT19苗木切根机传动系统及切割装置设计摘要本文经过分析和调查,根据横动式苗木切跟机工艺要求,工作原理、机构设计和主要技术规格及参数的确定,并对其使用情况加以分析。以切根方式代替人工换床,在提高生产率和降低生产成本方面效果明显。设计确定了横动式苗木切根机的传动系统和切割装置部件的设计,运用CAD设计软件对其进行画出设计图纸,并且撰写了设计说明书。刀的切割方式有两种:一种是双旋转切割刀盘切割,另一种是横动式切割,本文主要针对横动式切割型机器按照切根机装备的工作任务和技术参数要求,提出了装备的整体原理方案。按照除草装备的工作特性,提出了机械结构方案,采用CAD对结构方案进行建模。一起对关键机构进行了详细设计和细节优化,以保证装备具有良好的工作性能。以却保装备机械结构强度满足工作要求。关键词:切根机研究;结构设计;分析试验AbstractInagriculturalproduction,withthedevelopmentofsilviculture,theefficiencyofseedlingraisingisgettinghigherandhigher.Seedlingrootcuttingcannotonlyimprovetheseedlingquality,canalsobeasubstituteforthebedoperation.Tocarryoutscientificworkcanpromoteseedlingrootgrow,widelyusedrootcuttingmachinewillbringobviouseconomicbenefitsandsocialbenefitstothenurseryseedlingproduction.Inthispaper,throughtheanalysisandinvestigation,accordingtotherequirementsofcuttingseedlingswithmachinedesignprocess,determinethetransmissionsystemoftraversetypeseedlingrootcuttingmachineandcuttingdevicedesign,operationofatractortractionpowerforward,tractoroutputtransfertotheinputshaftofthecuttingmachinethroughthecardanjoint.Theotherendoftheshaftisaneccentricshaft,rotatingdriverodswingrodonthecuttershaftslidingalongtheframeend,thebladeinthebedunderhorizontaldynamiccuttingseedlings,remarkablysawcuteffect.Cuttingdeviceandgearboxpartsofthebasicparametersandinstallationmethods,theuseofCADdesignsoftwaretodrawitsdesigndrawings,andwriteadesignmanual.Therearetwokindsofcuttingknife:apairofrotarycuttingcuttercutting,theotherisareciprocatingcutting,thispaperfocusesonthereciprocatingcuttingmachineinaccordancewiththerequirementsofthetaskandthetechnicalparametersofrootcuttingmachineequipment,putforwardtheoverallprincipleschemeofequipment.Accordingtotheworkingcharacteristicsofweedingequipment,themechanicalstructureschemeisputforward,andthestructureschemeismodeledbyCAD.Thedetaileddesignanddetailoptimizationofthekeymechanismwerecarriedouttoensurethegoodperformanceoftheequipment.Inordertoensurethemechanicalstructureoft
