本科论文本科论文摘要目前,我国经济由高速发展逐步转变为高质量发展,社会对高素质、应用型人才产生了巨大需求,因此许多高校的不同专业纷纷进行人才培养模式改革,以适应时代发展潮流。与此同时许多高校的行政管理专业也在专业教育理念、培养目标、课程设置、教学方式等方面进行了改革,形成了富有自身特色和优势的行政管理专业人才培养模式。本文从人才培养模式的角度出发,在研读了诸多学者有关行政管理专业人才培养模式改革的文章后,再通过我校行政管理专业人才培养方案与中国政法大学、浙江工商大学行政管理专业人才培养方案的对比,按照确定方向、研究现状、发现问题、分析问题、提出对策的论证结构和方法,剖析了我校行政管理专业的人才培养方案,发现了我校本专业人才培养过程中存在的问题,针对这些问题的解决给出了自己的建议,包括完善教学过程、引入第三方监督等,并对我校行政管理专业的发展进行了展望。关键词:行政管理,专业,人才培养方案,发展AbstractAtpresent,China'seconomyisgraduallychangingfromhigh-speeddevelopmenttohigh-qualitydevelopment,andthesocietyhasahugedemandforhigh-qualityandapplication-orientedtalents.Therefore,manydifferentspecialtiesofcollegesanduniversitieshavecarriedoutpersonneltrainingmodelreforminsuccessiontoadapttothetrendofTheTimes.Atthesametime,theadministrativemanagementmajorinmanycollegesanduniversitieshasalsocarriedonthereformintheprofessionaleducationconcept,thetraininggoal,thecurriculumsetting,theteachingmethodandsoon,formedhastheowncharacteristicandthesuperiorityadministrationmanagementprofessionaltalenttrainingmode.Inthispaper,fromtheperspectiveoftalenttrainingmodel,manyscholarsinthestudyoftherelevantadministrativemanagementprofessionaltalenttrainingmodereform,throughourschooladministrativemanagementprofessionaltalenttrainingschemeandtheChinauniversityofpoliticalscienceandlaw,zhejiangindustryandcommerceuniversityadministrativemanagementprofessionaltalenttrainingschemecomparison,accordingtodeterminethedirection,theresearchstatusquo,foundtheproblem,analyzingproblem,putforwardthecountermeasuresofargumentstructureandmethods,analyzetheadministrativemanagementprofessionaltalenttrainingscheme,foundmyschool-basedproblemsexistingintheprocessoftalentcultivation,aimedatthesolutionoftheseproblemsisgivenitsownadvice,Finally,thedevelopmentofadministrativemanagementspecialtyinourschoolisprospected.Keywords:Administrativemanagement,specialty,talenttrainingprogram,development目录TOC\o"1-3"\h\z\uHYPERLINK\l"_Toc37842692"目录PAGEREF_Toc37842692\h1HYPERLINK\l"_Toc37842693"1.前
