摘要近年来，我国汽车业一直处于向前发展的态势，伴随着中国加入WTO，直接推动了我国汽车产业的高速发展,众所周知中国作为最大的发展中国家，现在已经成为了世界排名第一的汽车消费市场和世界最大的具有潜力的消费市场。在汽车工业的发展过程之中,汽车金融从无到有、从小到大的过程如今正在发挥着越来越重要的作用,传统的制造环节已经不再是最有价值的阶段了,而现状汽车金融产业逐渐成为了关键环节。所以,在我国的汽车发展的道路上,汽车金融的发展前景十分光明。但我国汽车金融较西方发达国家相比起步较晚,目前我国的汽车金融公司大多数还都是处于起步阶段,其发展并不成熟,与国外相比其公司规模,结构管理、市场份额以及盈利能力等等都还存在着较大的差距,中国在发展自身金融业务的同时应向国外吸取先进的经验，因为在从事汽车金融的主体之中,毫无疑问金融公司是未来发展的主要途径。汽车金融也占据了举足轻重的作用。本文通过对汽车金融概念的了解、汽车金融对经济的宏微观影响、我国现阶段汽车金融的发展状况、国内外汽车金融的对比、重点研究我国汽车金融公司的发展存在的不足，据此，主要针对目前发展的趋势及问题提出更好的发展建议。希望可以有力推动我国汽车金融未来的发展。关键词:汽车金融存在问题发展趋势发展建议Abstract:WiththeenteringofWTO,theChineseautomotiveindustryismovingforwardconsecutivelyinrecentyearsandpromotingthedevelopmentofrelatedindustries.Asthelargestdevelopingcountryoftheworld,Chinahasrankednumberoneoftheautomobileconsumptionaswellascanbethebiggestconsumermarketwiththetremendouspotential.Theautomobilefinance,whichisfromthedisappearanceandinsignificancetoexistenceandmass,isplayingavitalrolewiththegrowthoftheautomotivemanufacturing,andthetraditionalmanufacturingprocessisnolongerthemostvaluablepartofthemarket.Thus,theautomobilefinanceispromisingfortheChineseautomotiveindustry.WhereasChinaisalatemoveronthisbusinesscomparedwiththedevelopedcountriesandmostofChineseautomobilefinancecompaniesareintheinfancyandimmature.Therearegapsinthescaleofthecompanies,thestructuralmanagement,themarketshareandtheprofitabilitybetweenChinaandtheforeigncountries.Theadvanceofautomobilefinanceshouldcombinewiththeexperiencesofdevelopednations.Undoubtedly,thefinancecompanieswillbetheprincipalchannelamongtheentitiesofengagingintheautomobilefinance,whichtakesapivotalrole.ThisdissertationfocusesontheChineseautomobilefinancecompanies’developmentandtheirdeficienciesbytheconceptualknowledgesoftheautomobilefinance,itseconomicimpactsamongmicroandmacroviews,thestatusofcurrentautomobilefinanceandthecomparationoftheSino-foreignautomobilefinanceindustries.Accordingtoabove,thesuggestionswillbeprovidedaimingatrelatedquestionsthetendenciesofthedevelopment,whic
