中小学学生课业负担问题研究摘要中小学生的课业负担过重长期以来一直困扰着我国的基础教育事业。这一问题也一直是教育界乃至整个社会关注的热点，学习负担过重，不仅会影响到处于成长阶段的中小学生的身心健康，也影响了正常融洽的师生间的关系以及老师和家长之间的关系,加重了群众负担、破坏了政府和教育事业在人们心中的形象,而且会严重阻碍我国素质教育推行的进程和我国基础教育事业的发展。正确处理中小学生课业负担过重的问题不仅是解决现实教育弊端的需要，也是提高国民素质更好的适应21世纪挑战的需要。据资料显示，自1992年以来，中小学生作业负担过重逐渐成为人们关注的焦点问题，关于这一问题的研究也是与日俱增，到目前为止，关于减负的结果并不很理想，为了能够更好的分析解决这个问题,在新一轮的“减负”运动展开的过程中,有必要对“课业负担”进行理性的思考。由于一些不应当的负担的存在，使得中小学生在学习过程中的负担过重，“减负”运动之所以收效不理想的根本原因是忽视了学生发挥。学习本来是一个创造性的过程，在这个过程中，学生应该积极地、充分的发挥其主观能动性，发挥他们的主题性作用，激发他们的学习兴趣和动力，更加主动地、能动的探索这个奇妙的世界。事实上，大多数学生在过重的学习负担下处于一种待唤醒的状态下，缺少主动性和创造性。本文在分析了社会经济的高速发展对教育提出的新要求，以及中小学生学业负担的现状、学业负担过重的原因表现，并针对课业负担现状提出了减负的相关对策。关键字：中小学生；负担过重；教育改革StudyontheproblemsofprimaryandsecondaryschoolstudentsschoolworkburdenAbstractStudents'schoolworkburdenoverweighthaslongbeenplaguedChina'sbasiceducation.Thisproblemhasbeenthehotspotineducationandtheconcernofthewholesociety,learningburden,willnotonlyaffectthegrowthstageinprimaryandmiddleschoolstudentsphysicalandmentalhealth,butalsoaffecttherelationshipbetweenthenormalandharmoniousbetweentheteacherandthestudentsandteachersandparents,aggravatingmassesburden,underminingthegovernmentandeducationinpeople'simage,butalsoseriouslyhinderedthedevelopmentofqualityeducationinourcountryandtheimplementationprocessofChina'sbasiceducation.Thecorrecttreatmentofstudents'schoolworkburdenisnotonlytheneedtosolvetherealisticeducationalshortcomings,butalsoimprovethequalityofthepeopletoadapttothechallengeofthetwenty-firstCentury.Accordingtostatistics,since1992,primaryandmiddleschoolstudentshomeworkburdenhasgraduallybecomethefocusofattention,butalsogrowwitheachpassingdayaboutthisproblem,sofar,abouttheburdensoftheresultisnotveryideal,inordertoanalysiswillbebetterabletosolvethisproblem,anewroundof"burdenreduction"campaignlaunchedintheprocessrationalthinking,itisnecessaryto"burden".Becausesomeshouldnotburdenexists,thatprimaryandsecondarystudentsinthelearningprocessoftheburden,"therootcauseburden"movementwaslessidealisignoredthestudentsplay.Learningisacreativ
