小学国学校本课程的校本管理研究摘要国学作为中华民族悠久历史长河中璀璨的文化瑰宝，是中华文明传承数千年的重要载体，内容博大精深，流传的经典浩如烟海。但是国学在很长一段时间内都没有受到人们的足够重视，自改革开放一来，国学这一特殊的文化领域又再度复兴，并在基础教育改革的浪潮中掀起一波又一波的国学热潮。在小学这一启蒙教育阶段开展国学课程，将非常有利于培养下一代人对于中华民族传统文化的认可度，从而使得国学经典得以更好的传承，然而刚刚处以起步阶段的小学国学教育还面临很多问题，而通过小学国学校本课程的校本管理这一先进的教育模式与管理理念的引入，将是小学国学教育得以健康发展的重要保证。现有研究中具体以小学国学校本课程的校本管理为研究对象的探讨略显薄弱,尤其是实证研究比较缺乏。鉴于此,本研究选取典型个体——大连胜利小学为个案研究对象,针对该校的国学校本课程的校本管理问题，进行调查分析，以该校国学校本课程的校本管理现状为切入点，分析小学国学校本课程的校本管理现状以及面临的具体问题以及探讨相应的对策。从课程管理和校本管理等角度出发,对小学国学校本课程的校本的现状、影响、原因及对策进行研讨。另外，在研究的背景方面，契合了当前我国国学校本课程建设的需要下开展的，具有新时期的特征。关键词：小学国学校本课程校本管理AbstractChinesecultureasalonghistoryofbrilliantChineseculturaltreasuresofChinesecivilizationheritageisanimportantcarrierforthousandsofyears,thecontentisprofound,popularclassicvoluminous.ButtheChinesecultureforalongperiodoftimehavenotbeenpaidenoughattention,sincethereformandopeningupto,Chineseculturethisparticularculturalrevivalagain,andsetoffthewaveofeducationalreformbasedonwaveafterwaveofChinesecultureboom.ElementaryeducationattheprimarystageofthelaunchofChineseLearningcourseswillbeverybeneficialtotrainthenextgenerationfortherecognitionofChinesetraditionalculture,makingChineseclassicstoabettermemory,butjustimposetheinitialstageofprimaryeducationstillfacesalotofChineseStudiesproblems,thecountryschoolthroughtheschool-basedmanagementofthecourseofthisadvancededucationmodelandtheintroductionofmanagementconcepts,willbeprimaryeducationinChineseculturecanbeanimportantguaranteeforthehealthydevelopment.Existingresearchinspecificcountriestoprimaryschool-basedmanagementofthecourseofthisstudyisslightlyweak,especiallytherelativelackofempiricalresearch.Inviewofthis,thetypicalindividualselectedforthisstudy-nineyearsasacasestudyprimarydikeagainsttheschool'snationalschool-basedmanagementofthecourse,conductasurveyofstateschooltoschool-basedmanagementofthestatusofthecourseasastartingpointStateprimaryschoolsinthecourseofthecurrentstatusofschool-basedmanagementandtoexplorethespecificissuesfacedbycountermeasures.Curricul
