PAGEISHANDONGＵＮＩＶＥＲＳＩＴＹＯＦＴＥＣＨＮＯＬＯＧＹ毕业设计说明书苏家口金矿矿山工程总体设计（专题：充填系统）PAGEVI摘要本设计的主要设计内容是根据苏家口金矿区矿山实际地质资料，完成矿山生产规模为100t/d工程的初步设计。共分为10章节，包括苏家口金矿开拓、运输、提升、通风、排水、供气、安全生产等各项系统的设计。苏家口金矿矿体矿体规模属小型，矿体形态呈脉状、透镜状，总体形态较为复杂，矿体厚度变化不大，属厚度较稳定型。根据矿床开采条件，选取了技术可行、经济合理的采矿方法，并按照指导书要求，独立完成相关方案论证、参数计算、图纸绘制等工作。矿井采用下盘竖井开拓方式，采矿方法采用削壁充填法，主要工作包括落矿、矿石搬运、崩落围岩及充填、平场、喷射混凝土垫层、架设顺路溜矿井等；通风方式采用中央对角式通风，主井为进风井，两翼风井为回风井；采场内通风，两边顺路天井进风，采场中间的探矿天井回风；矿山的运输方式采用电机车运输，矿山排水采用集中式排水；矿山动力供应的设计主要是空压机的选择。本次设计让我对矿山工程设计的程序有一个较深入的理解，使我的实际工作能力得到较大提高。关键词：开拓，井底车场，削壁充填采矿法，矿井通风，矿井提升运输AbstractThemaincontentofthedesignisthat,accordingtoSuJiaKouMiningactualdata，completemineproductionfor100t/dconceptualdesign.Theprimarilydesignisdividedinto10chapters,includingSujiakouGoldexploration,transportation,lifting,ventilation,drainage,gassupply,productionandothersystemdesign.TheorebodiesofSuJiaKouaresmallscalegoldorebodies,theoverallpatternoforebodyismorecomplex,littlechangeinthethicknessoftheorebody,isthinnerthanstable.Accordingdepositminingconditions,selectatechnicallyfeasibleandeconomicallyreasonableminingmethod,andfollowtheinstructions,completionoftherelevantdesigndemonstration,parametercalculation,drawingsandsoon.Mineshaftdevelopmentusingfootwallway;miningmethodusedresuinglaw,mainlyincludestheinbreakoreandthewallrock,theoretransporting,erectsonthewaytheraise,thefillingoperation;ventilationwithcentraldiagonalventilation,themainshaftofinletwells,wingsairshaftforthereturnairshaft;stopeventilationonbothsidesdropinletpatio,patioprospectingpitinthemiddleofthereturnair;minetransportationbymotorvehicletransport,minedrainageusingacentralizeddrainage;minepowersupplyismainlyemptypressselection.Thisdesignmakesmemineengineeringprogramshaveamorein-depthunderstandingoftheactualworktomakemyabilityhasbeenimprovedgreatly.Keywords:exploration,shaftbottom,resuingminingmethod,mineventilation,minehoisttransport.目录TOC\o"1-3"\h\z\uHYPERLINK\l"_Toc358631830"摘要PAGEREF_Toc358631830\hIHYPERLINK\l"_Toc358
