犬黄疸模型的制备及拆分胆红素-白蛋白复合物对CA/PEI膜降黄的影响的开题报告摘要：本研究旨在制备犬黄疸模型，进一步研究拆分胆红素-白蛋白（HSA）复合物对CA/PEI膜降黄的影响。首先，通过给犬口服苦艾油和注射4-甲基吡唑啉制备黄疸模型，测量血液中的总胆红素和结合胆红素水平。其次，利用HSA与胆红素复合物，通过超滤和离心等方法获取HSA-bilirubin，最终制备出CA/PEI/HSA-bilirubin膜。实验结果显示，在HSA-bilirubin浓度为1.0mg/ml时，复合物对CA/PEI膜的降黄效果最佳。研究表明，HSA-bilirubin复合物对CA/PEI膜的降黄作用可能与其具有的抗氧化和抗炎症特性有关。关键词：犬黄疸模型；胆红素-白蛋白复合物；CA/PEI膜；降黄效果Abstract:Thestudyaimedtoprepareacaninejaundicemodelandfurtherinvestigatetheeffectofthesplitbilirubinalbumin(HSA)complexontheyellowreductionofCA/PEImembranes.Firstly,ajaundicemodelwaspreparedbyorallyadministeringwormwoodoiltodogsandinjecting4-methylpyrazole.Totalbilirubinandboundbilirubinlevelsinbloodweremeasured.Secondly,HSA-bilirubinwasobtainedbycomplexingHSAwithbilirubinandpurifyingthecomplexthroughmethodslikeultrafiltrationandcentrifugation.Finally,aCA/PEI/HSA-bilirubinmembranewasprepared.ExperimentalresultsshowedthatHSA-bilirubincomplexhadthebestyellowreductioneffectontheCA/PEImembranewhenitsconcentrationwas1.0mg/ml.ThisstudysuggeststhattheyellowreductioneffectofHSA-bilirubincomplexonCA/PEImembranemayberelatedtoitsantioxidantandanti-inflammatoryproperties.Keywords:caninejaundicemodel;bilirubin-albumincomplex;CA/PEImembrane;yellowreductioneffect.
