广西大学行健文理学院毕业论文题目：关于广西国际贸易与自然环境关系的探讨学部：法商学部专业：国际经济与贸易班级：2007级4班学号：0638100808学生姓名：邹月媚二〇一一年五月PAGE\*MERGEFORMATI关于广西国际贸易与自然环境关系的探讨中文摘要随着世界经济一体化的发展和全球环境保护浪潮的兴起,贸易与环境问题日益得到世界各个国家或地区政府的关注。人们意识到，虽然国际贸易会促进经济的腾飞，但全球贸易的增长正在对世界环境产生重大的影响，过度地发开自然资源、危险废弃物的进出口等都会对环境造成严重的损害。本文首先利用广西2003年至2009年的相关数据，逐项分析了广西近年来的贸易收入状况和环境变化状况，然后采用广西统计年鉴和中国可持续发展战略报告的数据，运用出口总额、工业制品出口占比、排放强度指数及广西抗逆水平指数，在出口贸易的环境效应模型的基础上测算并分析了广西出口贸易和环境质量之间的关系问题，分析结果显示，在1996-2007年间，环境净效应为正，负的技术效应和政府抗逆效应不足以抵消正的规模效应和结构效应，总体上出口贸易加重了环境的负担。因此，广西的出口贸易与环境评估的结论基本吻合。针对模型结果，本文提出，应该实现出口产品环境成本内在化，加强区际经济合作，开发环保产品，提高政府抗逆水平。关键词：广西贸易环境效应协调可持续发展AnAnalysisontheRelationshipBetweenInternationalTradeandEnvironmentinGuangxiABSTRACTWithintegrationofworldeconomyandprospectofenvironmentalprotection,thegovernmentsofnationsorregionsallovertheworldincreasinglyplacegreatemphasisontradeandenvironment.Peoplerealizethat,eventhoughinternationaltradehasacontributiononeconomygrowth,theincreaseinglobaltradedoeshaveaneffectonworldenvironment.Theoverexplorationofnaturalresource,theimportandexportofthetoxicwastewoulddoharmtotheenvironment.Thispaper,firstlybasedontherelateddatafrom2003to2009ofGuangxi,showsthecurrentsituationoftradegrowthandenvironmentdevelopment,thenwiththedataofexportation,theratioofindustrialproductexportedtotheexportation,emissionintensityindexandresistantindex,analyzestherelationshipbetweentradegrowthandenvironmentalpollutionbasedonthemoduleofenvironmenteffect.Theresultshowsthat,duringtheperiodfrom1995to2007,netenvironmenteffectisaplusfigure,whichmeanstheplusscaleaffectandstructureeffectcannotbeoffsetbytheminustechnicaleffectandgovernmentresistanteffect.Totally,exportationaggravatestheenvironmentalburden.Againstthismodule,thispaperpresentscorrespondingcountermeasures.Weshouldinternalizeenvironmentalcost,enhancetheregionalcooperation，developenvironment-friendlyproductsandimprovetheabilityofgovernmentresistance.Keywords:TradeofGuangxiEnvironmentaleffectCoordinationSustainabledevelopmentPAGE目录TOC
