本科论文本科论文摘要随着我国社会经济的发展，在市场机制与政府制度的共同作用下，我国各行业获得了迅速成长的机会，我国这些行业，已经成为繁荣经济、稳增就业、推动创新的重要力量，在我国经济发展过程中发挥着重要作用。但是我们知道各行各业的发展离不开一定数量的资金做坚强后盾，因此资金对于每一个行业来说异常重要，它是保证行业正常运转的血液，对于我国民营中小企业而言同样亦是如此。近些年来，我国部分民营中小企业发展势头迅猛，也面临一些问题，主要问题就在于民营中小企业融资方面，对于民营中小企业而言，融资工作质量的高低将会直接影响民营中小企业的进一步发展。本论文阐述了民营中小企业的融资问题，比如民营中小企业融资手段单一、民营中小企业人员的融资能力需要提高、政府对于民营中小企业融资工作的扶持力度较低以及民营中小企业与银行的合作力度有待提升四方面进行论述，并在此基础之上，提出完善融资问题的对策，主要从增加民营中小企业融资手段、提高民营中小企业融资人员的能力、政府加大对民营中小企业融资的扶持力度以及增强民营中小企业与银行之间的合作力四方面进行完善，旨在促进我国民营中小企业融资工作的开展。关键字：社会经济，民营中小企业，融资AbstractWiththesocialandeconomicdevelopmentofourcountry,underthedualroleofmarketmechanismandgovernmentpromotion,allwalksoflifeinourcountryhaveobtainedtheopportunitytogrowrapidly.Fortheseindustriesinourcountry,theyhavebecomeanimportantforcetoprospereconomy,increaseemploymentandpromoteinnovation,andplayanimportantroleintheprocessofeconomicdevelopmentinourcountry.Butweknowthatthedevelopmentofvariousindustriescannotbeseparatedfromacertainamountoffundstodoastrongbacking,socapitalforeachindustryisveryimportant,itistoensurethenormaloperationoftheindustryitselfblood,forourprivatesmallandmedium-sizedenterprisesarethesame.Inrecentyears,thedevelopmentmomentumofsomeprivatesmallandmedium-sizedenterprisesinChinaRapid,alsofacesomeproblems,themainproblemliesinthefinancingofprivatesmallandmedium-sizedenterprises,forprivatesmallandmedium-sizedenterprises,thequalityoffinancingThispaperexpoundsthefinancingproblemsofprivatesmallandmedium-sizedenterprises,suchasthesinglefinancingmeansofprivatesmallandmedium-sizedenterprises,theneedtoimprovethefinancingabilityofprivatesmallandmedium-sizedenterprisespersonnel,thelowgovernmentsupportforprivatesmallandmedium-sizedenterprisesfinancingworkandtheneedtoimprovethecooperationbetweenprivatesmallandmedium-sizedenterprisesandbanks.Topromotethefinancingofsmallandmedium-sizedprivateenterprisesinChina.Keywords:Socialeconomy，PrivateSMEs，Financing本科论文目录TOC\o"1-3"\h\uHYPERLINK\l"_Toc17466"前言1HYPERLINK\l"_Toc17466"
