认证合同书CertificationContract合同编：ContractNumber：总那么一、GeneralProvisions〔以下简称甲方〕委托上海英格尔认证〔以下简称乙方〕为甲方提供认证效劳。甲乙双方按照?合同法?等法律法规、行业主部门的规定经平等协商本着“客观、公正、、诚信〞的原那么在理解和同意以下条款的根底上签订本合同并承诺共同遵守。(TheundersignedreferredtoasPartyA),missionedShanghaiIngeerCertificationLtd(TheundersignedreferredtoasPartyB)toofferCertificationforPartyA.BothPartyAandPartyBinaccordancewith"ThePeople'sRepublicofinaContractLaw"andotherlawsandregulations、theprovisionsoftheindustrydepartmentandafteranequalfootinginaccordancewiththespiritof"objectivity、impartiality、independence、goodfaith"principle,understandandagreetothefollowingtermstosignthiscontractandpromisedtoabideby.甲方权利和义务二、TherightsandObligationsofPartyA甲方有权宣传获准认证的享有由于获准认证以及使用认证标志获得的经济利益。1.PartyAhastherightstopublicizethatcertificationispermissibletoenjoyasauthenticationandtheuseofcertificationmarkstoobtaineconomicinterests.甲方假如与乙方在认证过程中产生的争议甲方有权向乙方提出申投诉乙方应按照申投诉程序解决争议。2.IfPartyAandPartyBhavedisputesinthecertificationprocess,PartyAisentitledtoraiseplaintstoPartyBofwhiPartyBshallthensettlethedisputesinaccordancewiththeplaintprocedure.甲方应根据认证程序积极配合乙方的审核向乙方提供充分的信息和记录。否那么应承当信息不准确或不所造成的一切后果。3.PartyA,inaccordancewithcertificationprogramshallactivelycooperatewiththeauditofPartyBtoproviderealandadequateinformationandrecordsforPartyB.Otherwise,alltheconsequencescausedbyinaccurateorfalseinformationshallbeaccepted.甲方向乙方提出认证申请时应明确告知乙方前六个月内是否向其他认证机构提交过同样的认证申请但未被授理或审核未通过、已经获得其他机构的认证证书但目前被暂停、撤销、注销等信息。4.WhenPartyAappliesforcertificationtoPartyB,PartyAshouldinformPartyBifthefollowingoccurwithinthelastsixmonths:1.whetherornotPartAhassubmittedanapplicationtosomeothercertificationbodiesoritfailstopasscertification.2.PartyAhasalreadyacquiredthecertificatefromothercertificationbodiesbutthecertificateissuspended,terminatedorcancelled.5.甲方获证后应确保认证所覆盖的理体系持续有效运行并按承受乙方的监视审核及再认证审核以便乙方验证认证所覆盖的理体系是否持续符合认证要求PartyA,aftercertified,shouldensurethatthecertificationofmanagementsystemsrunningshallcontinuetobeenforceandacceptthesurveillanceandcertificationauditsoPartyBcanver
