2中国地质大学长城学院2017届毕业论文1中国地质大学长城学院本科毕业论文题目小微企业众筹融资问题研究院别经济学院专业会计学学生姓名张虹雨学号013130434指导教师高祥晓职称讲师2017年4月30日小微企业众筹融资问题研究摘要我国社会经济发展存在着一个严重问题就是小微企业融资难。近些年来，通过互联网融资的发展为解决这一问题带来了新的希望；与此同时，互联网融资的一个重要组成部分——众筹融资，正逐渐被社会公众所认知和接受。继欧美等国家相继出台法案，将小微企业众筹融资合法化之后，国内官方也首肯了众筹的发展。本文首先介绍了众筹融资的内涵、基本模式和众筹融资得以发展的国内外原因；其次，根据我国现阶段开展众筹融资所面临的实际情况（包括社会环境、经济环境等因素），阐述了我国众筹融资在信用问题、知识产权保护、法律风险和监管缺失等方面的缺陷和不足，并进行了简要的研究和分析；最后，就众筹融资监管体制的健全与完善而言，文章指出要逐步加强信用体系建设和知识产权保护，使众筹融资更加合理化、合法化，从而有效保证众筹融资在小微企业间能够健康发展，顺利解决小微企业融资难的种种难题。关键词：小微企业；众筹融资；融资平台ABSTRACTSmallmicroenterprisefinancingdifficultyhasalwaysbeenthebarriersinthedevelopmentoftherealeconomyinChina.Inrecentyears,thedevelopmentoftheInternetfinancebroughtlighttosolvethisproblem,andthesuggestsasanimportantbranchofInternetfinance,isgraduallybeingknown.SmallmicroenterprisefinancingdifficultyhasalwaysbeenthebarriersinthedevelopmentoftherealeconomyinChina.InEuropeandtheUnitedStatesandothercountrieshaveissuedabill,thesmallmicroenterpriseafterthelegalizationofsuggests,domesticofficialalsosignoffonthedevelopmentoftheraise.Thepurposeofthispaperistothroughtheanalysisofsmallmicroenterprisecreditproblemsexistinginthesuggests,intellectualpropertyrightsprotection,legalrisk,lackofsupervisionandsoon,putsforwardcorrespondingcountermeasures,toguidethehealthydevelopmentofsmallenterprisesinourcountrythesuggests,whichsuccessfullysolvetheplightofsmallmicroenterprisefinancingdifficulties.Basedontheanalysisoftheconnotation,basicmodeandthedevelopmentofthesuggests,onthebasisofthecauseofourcountryatpresent,tocarryouttheactualsituationofthesuggests,factorssuchassocialenvironment,economicenvironment,analyzesthecreditproblemfacingthesuggests,lackofprotectionofintellectualpropertyrights,legalandregulatoryriskissuessuchas,againstallthesuggestsandperfecttheregulatorysystem,putforwardtostrengthentheconstructionofcreditsystemandtheprotectionofintellectualpropertyrights,andthesuggestsshouldbebroughtintothelawandsoon,soastopromotethehealthydevelopmentofsm
