摘要电梯在现代文明社会中扮演着重要的角色，电梯技术的发展很大程度上与社会的进步戚戚相关，代表着社会的繁荣程度。随着现代高层建筑的不断发展，高层建筑内电梯的数量也在增加，单电梯的控制技术已不能适应这种情况，如何有效的对电梯进行控制，避免重复召唤也显得日益重要。本文首先叙述在当代社会中电梯的重要性，对电梯进行并联控制的重要性及必要性，然后我查阅相关西门子公司的S7-200CN系列PLC，通过比较选用226型CPU，并使用EM223扩展模块进行扩展。随后了解了电梯的系统结构及其各部分的运行原理。用一台PLC控制两台四层电梯的双电梯联动控制系统具有传统电梯所不具备的巨大优越性，本文设计利用PLC设计双电梯联动控制系统。该控制系统采用可编程控制器作为控制器，并使用基于“最少等待时间”[1]的并联调度规则来运行2台电梯。本论文给出了PLC控制系统的基本结构，控制原理和实现方法的细节。同时给出了系统I/O分配表及关键模块的梯形图。其运行结果表明，它极大地增强了电梯运行的效率，减少了重复召唤的浪费。关键词：电梯；PLC；双电梯联动控制；梯形图ABSTRACTElevatorplaysanimportantroleinthemoderncivilizedsociety,thedevelopmentofelevatortechnologyhasalargeextentwiththeprogressofsociety,itrepresentstheprosperityofthesociety.Withthecontinuousdevelopmentofmodernhigh-risebuildings,thenumberofelevatorsinhigh-risebuildingsalsoincreasing,singleelevatorcontroltechnologycannotmeettheneed.Itbecomesincreasinglyimportanttocontroltheelevatoreffectively,andavoidduplicationofcalls.Thispaperdescribestheimportanceofelevatorincontemporarysocietyalsotheimportanceandnecessityoftheparallelcontroloftheelevatorfirstly,thenIsearchedtheSiemensS7-200seriesPLC,IchosetheCPUtypeof226bycomparingandusetheEM223expansionmoduletoexpand.AlsoIunderstandingoftheelevatorsystemstructureanditspartoftheoperationprincipleof.UseaPLCcontroltwofour-storyelevatorcoordinatedcontrolsystemhavegreatsuperioritythattraditionalelevatorsdon’t.ThisarticledescribeshowtousethePLCdesigndoubleelevatorcoordinatedcontrolsystem.Thecontrolsystemusesprogrammablecontrollerasthecontroller,andusetheparallelschedulingrulesbasedonminimumwaitingtimetorun2setsofelevators.ThispapergivesthebasicstructureofthePLCcontrolsystem,controltheoryandthedetailsofthemethod.Alsothesysteminput/outputallocationtableandtheladderofkeymoduleswasgiven.Theoperationresultsshowthatitgreatlyenhancestheefficiencyoftheoperationofthelift,andreducethewasteofrepeatedcalls.Keywords:Elevator;PLC;Doubleelevatorcoordinatedcontrol;Ladder目录TOC\o"1-3"\h\z\uHYPERLINK\l"_Toc327177984"摘要PAGEREF_Toc327177984\hIHYPERLI
