摘要随着世界经济一体化进程的加快，贸易、投资、技术和金融资本国际流动不断增加，尤其是信息技术的迅速发展，使世界逐步走向信息化社会，世界经济和市场走向一体化的趋势不可阻挡。当今大型集团公司的内部环境和外部宏观环境都发生了巨大的变化，改革开放以来，我国对外贸易持续快速增长，2004年我国进出口额排到了世界第三名，对外贸易在不断增长，随着当今经济全球化的发展，新的跨国投资浪潮正蓬勃兴起，不同国家都在积极利用国际、国内两个市场、两种资源寻求发展。面对未来的机遇和挑战，中国也要适应世界经济发展趋势，抓住世界经济调整的有利时机，积极参与国际分工与合作，适时适度的发展海外直接投资，促进中国的经济发展和产业结构高级化，提高中国企业的国际竞争力。海尔集团从1992年开始实行多元化经营，已经发展成为全球大型家电第一品牌。本文主要以海尔集团对外贸易的现状出发进行分析，研究海尔集团对外贸易存在的缺陷和不足，并提出合理建议。关键词：改革开放经济全球化对外贸易AbstractWiththeacceleratedprocessofeconomicintegrationintheworld,trade,investment,technologyandfinancialcapitalinternationalflowingisgrowing,especiallytherapiddevelopmentofinformationtechnology,theworldisgraduallymovingtowardstheinformationsociety,theworldeconomyandthemarkettointegrationtrendirresistible.Greatchangeshavetakenplaceintoday'slarge-scalegroupcompany'sinternalenvironmentandtheexternalmacroenvironment,sincethereformandopeningup,sustainedandrapidgrowthofChina'sforeigntrade,in2004China'simportandexportvolumerankedthirdintheworld,foreigntradecontinuestogrow,withthedevelopmentoftoday'seconomicglobalization,thenewwaveofcross-borderinvestmentisbooming,differentcountriesareinactiveuseofinternationalanddomestictwomarketsandtworesourcesfordevelopment.Facingtheopportunitiesandchallengesforthefuture,Chinashouldalsoadapttothetrendofworldeconomicdevelopment,seizethefavorableopportunityofrestructuringtheglobaleconomy,andactivelyparticipatingininternationaldivisionoflaborandcooperation,timelyandappropriatedevelopmentofoverseasdirectinvestmentandpromoteChina'seconomicdevelopmentandindustrialstructureToimprovetheinternationalcompetitivenessofChineseenterprises.Haiergroupfrom1992toimplementadiversifiedbusiness,hasdevelopedintotheworld'sfirstbrandoflargehomeappliances.ThisarticlemainlybasedonthepresentsituationofHaiergroup'sforeigntrade,analyzesthedefectsanddeficienciesofHaiergroup,andputsforwardsomereasonablesuggestions.Keywords:reformandopening-upeconomicglobalizationforeigntrade一绪论研究背景1992年海尔集团抓住了我国经济快速发展的时机，先后并购了青岛红星电器股份有限公司、青岛电冰柜总厂和青岛空调器厂
